Product Description
A semi-firm sheep's milk cheese from Castilla-Leon, aged in El Escorial. It's rare for Spain to produce many blue cheese, so this one is definitely unique. Rich, creamy and dense, with just a slight tang. Excellent to subsitute old roquefort on the cheese board, and gorgonzola in salads.
