Emmental and Gruyere cheeses combined with White wine and Brandy as well as spices gives this cheese a wonderfully creamy texture and powerfully great taste. Keep lots of crusty French bread nearby, as well veggies. Pre-cook some chicken to go along with this for a full meal. Just be sure to COOK the chicken. I like to dip fruits in this.
