A wonderful smoked mozzarella cheese. Delicious by itself or on pizza. The cheese itself is a firm cheese that holds up well and shreads easily in a shredder. It seems to have a very good shelf life and if you are looking for a smokey mozzarella cheese you should try this one, it is delicious.
