This stuff is super hot. Great additive to any sauce to bring it up a notch, but beware...two drops may be all you need.

Do not underestimate this hot sauce. Too much of this hot sauce will have you suffering for hours. It has a nice taste to it, but most of the time you can't get enough of it to taste it because even the smallest drop is hot. A dab can warm up any bowl of chili or soup.

In the low-to-mid heat range as an extract sauce. Not unapproachable as a dip or topping, regardless of the label, although about a lid-full is almost always enough.
Good smoked/vinegar flavor; better than average for the genre, but not very good as a flavoring for anything except meats and chilis. I tried it and did not like it for Thai.
Warning: Hot enough that you want to avoid any amount on an empty stomach. (Don't just grab a spoon and try it, put it on something substantial.)

This is a hot sauce you buy just to dare your friends to eat it, then you put it away since it really doesn't have a good flavor just really hot. Maybe you will take it out next time another friend comes by and you want to dare them. Try Marie Sharps it is very hot and great tasting not just a party prank.
