this buffalo mozzarella was shipped intantly and remained fresh and delicious the second day I used it. The creamy slightly sour nutty flavor, was rich and addictive just firm enough to sink your teeth into and tear of a piece. Impossible to let even a scrap get wasted.
Delicioso.
