I LOVE this cheese with a nice quality red wine - but I couldn't get my daughter to buy it due to the price. Amazon to the rescue! I ordered it online and she came home from work to find it waiting at her door. It was fresh and in good condition! She was inspired to open a bottle of CA red, and discovered for herself why this is one of our favorite indulgences! It's a great cheese and Amazon delivered on the freshness!
