I received this as a gift (thank you my friend) and I love it! The flavor is mild and smooth but still flavorful and distinctive. This product is great on salads, by themselves, or spread on crackers (I like the flatbread seasame ones with this cheese). I recommend this affordable and elegant product as a gift. I am planning to buy some for myself next, and my mother-in-law.
