Purple Haze is a recent addition to their line of cheeses. Lavender buds mixed with wild harvested fennel pollen give Purple Haze its addicting flavor. Its sweet flavor is wonderful as a dessert with honey and almonds or in a main dish with lamb.

Purple Haze chevre makes a delightful, unexpected addition to a dessert plate. Handcrafted in Northern California by passionate cheesemakers, with a name inspired by Jimi Hendrix's classic song, this goat's milk cheese has a sweet, flowery (but not overwhelming) flavor and soft, creamy texture.
Spiked with lavender buds and fennel pollen, this uniquely delicious chevre is the perfect accompaniment to a plate of ripe figs or pears and a chilled glass of wine.
